I'm Rachel! My journey started in 2010 when I graduated from Fortis Cosmetology School. That path led me to my current location, I came to The Next Level Salon in 2014. In August of 2023 The Next Level became Next Level Hair Studio, and moved to a brand new location, that we are super excited to share with everyone! My goal has always been, and remains,  to make sure that everyone who gives me the privilege of doing their hair leaves the salon feeling welcomed, pampered, and refreshed.

I am a firm believer that there is always something new to learn and have had many amazing opportunities to meet some of the most talented educators in the country. This has allowed me to receive certifications in Balayage, Color, Precision Cutting, and my newest adventure has been Invisible Bead Extensions.

I specialize in providing natural, and low maintenance looks, what I like to call the "Lived In" look. I believe in always protecting the integrity of the hair and scalp, while achieving the goals you have for your hair.  Together we can curate a plan for in the salon, and at home, that will help you maintain the look of you've always dreamed of.

When I'm not at the Salon, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, my kitty cats, and my sweet chiweenie Macy. I am all about a good series on Netflix, or listening to a true crime podcast. I always look forward to Sunday church service and Sunday dinner at my parents home. Life is good, God is good, and I am truly blessed!
